Accepted Funding Methods

Bank Transfer (AED)

• Only from a bank account in your own name.
• Use the bank details displayed in your OFZA account.
• Third-party deposits are rejected.

Crypto Deposits

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Select your cryptocurrency.
3. Copy the unique deposit address.
4. Send funds from your external wallet.
5. Wait for network confirmations.

Withdrawals

Bank Withdrawal

1. Go to Withdraw → AED.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Select your verified bank account.
4. Confirm.

Crypto Withdrawal

1. Go to Withdraw → Crypto.
2. Enter the wallet address.
3. Enter the amount.
4. Confirm and wait for network processing.
